Food recalls

Has anyone  noticed the number of food recalls lately? Today there are numerous recalls affecting numerous supermarkets. There is quite a list in the Mirror newspaper. I wonder should we be worried or is it a non story?

Non-story. Most are related to mis-labelling. Somethimg that never used to trouble people before everyone was 'allergic' to something.  Yes, there are genuine allergies but we have an acquaitance who is convinced that her child is 'severely allergic' to all  non-organic food. Hope no-one tells her what he stuffs away when he visits grandma with no ill effect whatsoever.
