The scooterers know they're operating against certain mobility laws that's why they hoodied and masked-up so as to avoid CCTV recognition. Have to say, though, it's an extremely green and handy way of getting about. We should and they need to be accommodated is my view. Waylaid and discoursed with a charming young black fellow on his scooter going through the Underground passages of London Bridge ~ made me, fogey that I am, want to have a scooter myself.
