Thank you Mike Moran (Top Hat)

I gather that Mike has retired from his distinguished Top Hat Empire...having sold the business to someone who will continue with the fine services provided to Chiswickians over many many.There will be many who will wish Mike the happiest of retirements..and offer him a big Thank You.His Civic achievements in Devonshire Road for starters is worthy of a medal.
