Fauconberg Road trees

I asked Hounslow Highways what the situation is with the trees on Fauconberg Road.They have removed the four trees that had to go and hope to replant in autumn this year/spring next year. They identified three others which are showing signs of decay and did a hard pollard on them. They hope this will give the trees a bit more life but will be monitoring them

There have been several threads on this but I think the most informative of the old ones is the unfortunately headed one 'Murder on... from Adrian Ellis on which Glen Manoff author of a previous thread has commented.  This is currently on page 4.  I do hope residents will get together re the planting of and keeping s watchful eye on the wellbeing of new trees.  Trees are just the most wonderful things.(I forgot on another thread you can only cross reference with a link from an afticle on the front page snd not an individual post on a thread.)

I hope they are intending to replant.  When I was walking my daughter to school I noticed that they have tarmac'd over all but one of the tree pits.
