Be aware of Chiswick Dental & Implant Clinic

First of all had no problem with dental work carried out.The customer service/care is an absolute disgrace.Paid for dental work on the day with debit card 3 months later receive letter saying I owe them £55 for work done, contacted them showed them prove of payment they apologised thought job done.Received a letter last week asking for money again, sent email with prove again, they replied a manger will respond no response!Receive letter today pay £55 immediately or may result to pass on your details debt recovery agency.Phoned them today say I’ve sent prove again you didn’t bother to respond, now say will need the last 4 digits of card.I’ve now complained to NHS.Just be aware if you use this practice keep all records of payment.

They could well be outsourcing billing so there is little or no connection between the practice and accounts.  Fragmentation like this is increasingly common and it costs the customers a lot of time, effort and anxiety to sort out.  It can be a false economy for those using it.I have never used this dental practice.

I had work done with them not long before the pandemic. Contacted them my crown broke just over a year later.Very unhelpful reception and customer service response. And extremely rude.Despite the dental work and dentistry being good, the customer facing aspect is dire.Consequently  went elsewhere for further work. Extremely pleased with my Pearl Dental.
