Chiswick Appeals website update - Staveley Road/A316
In response to the large increase in people receiving PCN for turning into Staveley Road, there is now some updated information up on the Chiswick Appeals website - Chiswickappeals.com.There have been some cases where the Adjudicator has upheld Appeals. While it is no guarantee of a successful appeal, the website now contains a template for a possible representation or appeal, some photographs, and a copy of a very recent successful appeal.It is possible that because face to face hearings have now been restored, the Adjudicators are looking more favourably at appeals. It also seems that Hounslow Council is being very slow at dealing with admin resulting in several successful appeals simply on that basis.People who have fallen foul of the Hartington Road restrictions have also had a few successes. There is no doubt that the signage is causing great confusion and several angry drivers.
