JaneI am surprised. If your husband entered Staveley Road from the A316 he would not have driven past the camera. As you know, the entrance to the cemetery is just off the A316. Is it possible that on each occasion he turned left out of the cemetery (away from the A316) and continued down Staveley Road into Grove Park? Perhaps to visit friends or for some other reason.If so, he would have driven past the camera and thereby got the fines. (Correct would have been to return to the A316, go to Hogarth Roundabout and continue the journey from there. Alternatively, enter Grove Park after 7PM - and leave before 8AM. Confused? You should be...). Not entirely sure he has grounds for appeal.
