I was wondering if anyone knows what happened to Georgina Flint.She used to post regularly and I used to enjoy her musings,bright and humourous as they often were.

Err - she was banned for her disgusting posts along with a few other horrible people in her clique who gave the forum a bad name.  The forum has been a lot better for it although there are still a few who are maybe teetering on the banned list and should be. She also stalked people on email who disagreed with her with abusive trolling comments.  Good riddance.

Most of her posts were around problems with her TV, the programmes she liked to watch on TV and having nasty digs, mainly at the women on the forum. Also taking some forum members for a ride when they offered to help her financial situation.  Not missed at all.

We met Georgie years ago she is a stunning lady, very funny, bright, kind hearted and yes rescued cats. Claire suggest you stop being so judgemental about a lady you clearly haven’t met. Forum members need to be respectful and stop nasty behaviour when you haven’t got a clue. Any further nasty comments Clair & I will report you, Georgie is a wonderful human being on every level.

Let’s get to bottom of this these repulsive and lying posts.As an olive branch, to say sorry for all the vindictive and spiteful things :The lady said she’d be more than to give George a GIFT of £100 to take it to a reputable computer repair shop. They both happily agreed and George was extremely touched and grateful. George repaid her on time every Month.Is this enough information for you Claire? You owe her an apology. And who does she else owe all this money to? What’s the total £?

I find the personal attack on Georgina absolutely disgraceful. Friends support their pals in an hour of need and to vilify an act of kindness is beyond me. It has absolutely nothing to do with anyone other than the 2 people involved. There for the grace of god it could happened to anyone and I sincerely hope those of us who do support their pals in their hour of need continue to do so. It says everything about the person on this thread and I doubt they have any pals, perhaps just jealous a terrible human emotion.

I hope you are well.I still can't remember what either Georgie or yourself did that was so heinous as to attract a life stretch or such vindictive replies from those who are hardly squeaky clean when it comes to doling out insults.We shpoiuld perhaps all remember that the vast majority of us are strangers to each other and words  written on a screen dialogue quite often do not come across as they would if spoken face to face and spoken conversations are far better to get a true contextual meaning across, in my opinion anyway.But some 'bear more grudges than lonely high court judges'.

Agree Keith, the truth is that all those that have been banned are geniuses, they actually care, they are passionate, too bright for the majority on this forum and actually used to bring some balance to a debate. Now the forum is dull there is no debate, left, right of politics,  slacking off others, if twitter,  Facebook etc allow free speech what is W4 doing? Reading this discussion has got me yearning for the good old days when life, and this forum in particular, was more fun. And I think the answer is simple. This forum should be split into sub-forums so users have a choice what to dip into as the mood takes them.  So we could have one for the fun, non-pc stuff populated by characters such as MKB, DCI, Roger, Pete, Del Girl and her ducks etc. Another one for the political bores. Another one for missing cats. Another one for useful stuff such as where to find a gardener and how to navigate the streets of W4 without facing fines by the cretins at the council. And finally, the sanctimonious and spiteful should be banished for life. IMHO. Carry on..

Claire... you don’t have any proof that George borrowed money from more people, other than the £100 a forum member ‘gave’ her. George was so grateful and insisted on paying it back. I’ve read the emails between them and have seen her bank statements. She’s repaid every penny as agreed.
