So Phil, I get the impression that you think taking drugs is OK? Nothing to do with disgusting, lacking in compassion or basic respect. I have little compassion or respect for people who take drugs. Perhaps others disagree.

You are making assumptions about the reason for his death which is disrespectful at best, yes he had struggles with drugs in the past but you know nothing about what happened.Also I suggest you do some research about drug addiction, no one chooses to get addicted, your sweeping statements show a total lack of empathy and understanding.I’m not going to waste my time on you any longer.

Nobody on this forum wastes any time trying to debate with Coyle. He hijacks threads in a childlike manner and is always obtuse. His remarks on this particular thread demonstrate his total insensitivity and show that he is a particularly nasty person. A waste of space!

Taylor reminds me of the video i watched from Jonesy's Jukebox of who i followed on his KLOS radio show in LA of which Taylor was on quite a few times. The LA rock scene is quite a close community If you dont know who Jonesy is then he was once the lead guitarist in the sex pistols. Allways got the best of rock N roll on his radio slot. On the BBC website there ia a piece that states that 10 substances were found in Taylor's system at autopsy.The essence of what Brian says is probably true, but some things are better left unsaid sometimes.After all, if you were to have a heavy smoking relative or friend develop lung cancer, would you really point out that it was probably all then fags wot done it?

A man with an addiction problem dies. Some people feel the need to be judgmental. Some people are really not very sympathetic to people with mental health problems like addiction. Some people just aren’t very nice.
