Chiswick Boat house now being  demolished

The boat house upstream of Barnes Railway Bridge is in the process of being demolished. Heavy equipment is on site.Some while back there was media coverage of what was going to replace it but I have forgotten the details.I do recall talk of a cafe and sports facilities but does anyone know the detail and or have an artist's impression of the new building?

Thank's Ceinwen,The article confirms what I remember but it would be good to know when the building will be operational and just as importantly what it will look like.Let's hope it will be a vast improvement on the ugly "shed" that  stood there before. The location deserves something beautiful.

The link didn't work. There is something odd about the Hounslow planning site which means that links don't work if you forward them. I remember the cafe being discussed and visualisations being produced in the very early stages but trawling through the actual planning documentation, I can't find any reference to a cafe. The new boathouse does look good though and it does look like there will be a function room overlooking the river on the first floor. Below is a CGI of what it might look like.

Well done Andrew.Personally I don't find it offensive just bland and a  missed opportunity to build something that will look good in years to come.This building will look tired an unloved in not so many years time.
