I took a 190 bus from Chiswick to Hammersmith yesterday mid-afternoon.Despite the Tube being on strike, the journey was reasonably quick, delayed only by two incidents:1. A White Van Man who'd parked his vehicle half on the pavement, half on the road. Though on the Eastbound side of the road, his van was facing West, meaning he'd done a u-turn to cause his obstruction;2. A small car parked on a zig-zag just before double yellow lines. Turns out the driver had simply stopped where she was to pop across the road to get something from the Tesco Local. But it was ok, since she had left her hazard lights flashing.I've been thinking hard about this, trying to figure out how this was the fault of cyclists, despite neither of these having occurred on the cycleway section. But it must have been, since everything road-related always is, apparently.
