You know well that the picture you posted was from a fake twitter account @onechiswick, whereas OneChiswick's account, as you also well know, is @RealOneChiswick. You are deliberately spreading fake news - in doing is it you who lowers yourself to the levels of Trump and, dare I say it, Putin? Do you really think it is appropriate to denigrate your neighbours, no doubt law-abiding and tax-paying civilians in our democracy, but who happen to oppose your views on the cycle lane and its safety, in this way?As for this post, once again you throw slurs simply because you disagree with others' views. Today you tweeted "Wishing Steve a full and speedy recovery. Thank you for your courageous and principled leadership." If Mr Curran is ill, we all wish him well, although it is no surprise that there is suspicion that the illness was unheard of until yesterday, and after several of his supporters on the Council were deselected (so he was unlikely to remain leader, having only won last time by 1 vote), and he faced re-selection on Thursday. Hence the first post asking the question whether he jumped or was pushed. As to his "courageous and principled leadership", there is clearly another view that disagrees with yours. To quote Labour Councillor Dennison "we need to abolish this undemocratic, unaccountable system where a cabal runs this Council, not a democratic organisation. We break the law every month in this Council because decisions are not taken by the Cabinet in a public meeting. They are taken before that meeting. That means the Party is put above the interests of the public." So, you call it courageous and principled leadership (perhaps because of his and Katherine Dunne's support of Hounslow Cycling), but some of his colleagues don't. I don't think that gives you the right to spit "bile", as Edward Seaton might say on another forum, like ""malignancies" "cancer" "benign" - this forum is the pits."
