In my experience the best way to get anything Velux is directly from them.

I agree. There is usually contact information on a sticker that shows when you open the window.

I used Rob Curtis last year to install a new motor for one of my Velux windows and to do maintenance work on all my Velux windows. He was on a list of recommended suppliers from Velux.His number is 07818 061484.
