How long before the Yanks fire some missiles in and blame the Russians?

If missiles do get fired I would expect the Ukranian military would be able to say what direction they came from - I'd rely on what they say rather than some website of doubtful veracity.

So how long before the Russians stage an attack on Russian-speakers inside Ukraine and blame the Ukrainians ? Putin seems to have been studying Hitler's actions in 1938 and 1939 regarding Czechoslavakia and Poland as the template for his imperialist plans.

It's all rather worrying, Michael, which is why I am currently in St Moritz because I don't think Mr Putin will be hurling missiles at Switzerland any time soon on account of the fact that he and his mates are supposed to keep most of their ill-gotten billions in the banks here.If you are in any  way fearful you should come and join me and we can have a few beers together when i'm released from hospital. I'm inn here with concussion, which I suffered when crashing on the Cresta Run. I got bored going down head first and tried going down on my back facing backwards, wearing only swimming trunks, a woollen pompommed hat and wellington boots. Needless to say I a took a purler at high speed when I failed to see the Shuttlecock coming up. I can't remember anything else after that. Pip pip dear friend.

Did anyone suggest at the time (of the referendum) that Russia wanted the UK to leave the EU?And if it was a relatively common assertion at the time, is there a link to a contemporary article?

Seems to be in Russia's interest to have a less united Europe, so Brexit would suit them. and current government appear to turn a blind eye to oligarchs' money laundering - even encourage it if it ends up here.
