"Checkpoint Charlie" sign on Fishers Rd bridge

Hi, does anyone know who produced the "Checkpoint Charlie" signs on Fishers Rd bridge?It's the one that says "You are leaving the Ealing Sector" with translations in Russian, French and German. The other one of the pair states "You are leaving the Hounslow Sector"

Since I no longer have any reason to go near Fishers Lane, I haven't seen this, but it sounds like  a good gag. I'm just a bit worried that it might give the apparatchiks at LBH ideas about checkpoints, since they seem keen to adopt any measures that help to chop Chiswick up into little isolated street-groups.

Perhaps we can arrange a ‘prisoner exchange’!  A couple of (checkpoint south) “Gail’s Bakery” artisan baguettes, ..for a (checkpoint north) “Boulangerie Jade” basket of butter croissants? An other worthy swaps??
