I have had reports of such a mongrel being chased from the vets through Fishers Lane being closely followed by a bald headed scary eyed man shouting "neutering! neutring! you mangy dog"

It's interesting to see how easy it is to start one without any basis in fact. Often politically motivated and done to discredit someone with an opposing viewpoint. The Basement is particularly horrifying as someone acted on the false information and turned up at a restaurant with a gun.
