My printer suddenly stopped working. It still photocopies. I've tried all the usual tricks but now need someone to sort it out for me. Any suggestions?

I use Snappy Snaps on CHR for all my printing. I find them quite economical and utterly trouble-free.

I've just recently discovered that Snappy Snaps can print out emails and attachments from my mobile phone. Very handy...and only £10.20 for 51 A4 items.
