At least he seems to be telling some of the truths about the problems that the Grenfell tragedy has shown up ie not just the cladding.Whether he will manage to do what he says is another matter. Some developers were quick and have already done works to their buildings other appear to be dragging their heels or don't exist any longer. There has been some work done on the Building Regulations since Grenfell but whether all the fragmented systems will now work well together and ever be able to regain the individual and collective responsibility of the past, who knows? We can but hope. The buildings still need remediating and the leaseholders need to be able to sleep at nights.Everyone needs to take some responsibility for where they live!
