Just saw on the news..

that some countries have already brought in the change to 2022.  I thought Brexit was going to make us much more able to quickly respond to world events. We are no more responsive today than a long retired cart horse.  Can't believe we still stuck in 2021 , it's not as if the government couldn't have seen this coming. Anybody know when the first reading of the Bill to change to 2022 is ? We definitely need a peoples petition to sort this out and raise an awareness of this unfairness.  Seems to happen every year, so frustrating. ( very frowny emoji )  Best wishes to all and many negative lateral flow test results of the season.

That's not the case. A Kiwi friend of mine visited her family in NZ back in Feb or March. They had to quarantine, which I think was 10 days.

The dateline was moved in 1995. Caroline Island now called Millenium Island because it was the first place to see in the new millenium would have been first.  It  is in the Line Islands and comes under the jurisdiction of Kiribati (pronounced Kiribas).
