Mackens Today 24th

Well if you fancied some turkey or duck or ham then you should pop down to Mackens today, there is no queue! Apparently most people have ordered deliveries 100s of them, so the shop is quiet. They have someone serenading you and serving delicious cocktail sausages to customers. Definitely worth a little walk down there

That’s why people are not going to buy where there is no parking- great council- you have made businesses in such trouble-

Such was the huge queue of some 40+ people outside Mackens yesterday they must surely be out of stock soon.The queue was proof to me of it's fame and the waiting customers' informed knowledge.

Well isn’t it interesting that some people ignored the detail of my post, the reason there was no queue was because of the online delivery  orders. Nothing to do with parking but to do with people trying to avoid queues ( remember last year) by getting their orders in early to a local shop that sells great quality produce.There was still a queue at other food shops In TGT so people had no problem getting there either on foot or by car.Merry Christmas

And for us an emergency duck from Mackens after our plans changed and we’re self isolating. We’re lucky to have this quality so close to home.  Happy Christmas!
