We're all brassed of with the constant barrage of cold callers, but it reached new depths for me yesterday - having answered the 'phone I got some smart-a*se banging on to me about arranging my funeral plan! Followed by a swift and very impolite suggestion as to what the idiot could do with his plan, which involved some difficult physical contortions.
