"Strand On the Green trial access only zone. The restriction is to be retained on a permanent basis. Operational hours to be extended 8am - 7pm"That's actually a reduction in operational hours, as the SOTG access-only zone is currently in force at all times.

It says:"Furthermore, it was agreed that the Hartington/Cavendish Road and Strand on the Green restrictions will be changed to 8am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday, to bring them in line with the times of the new motor vehicle restriction on Staveley Road. This will have the effect of creating a uniform timed restriction on motor vehicles accessing the South Chiswick Liveable Neighbourhood area from the A205 and the A316, therefore reducing confusion around the times that motorists are permitted to use the aforementioned roads."
