British Aiways eVoucher question

I booked flights in Jan 2020 to fly in May 2020. As you know this didn't work out too well for anybody.I received eVouchers that expired in April 2021 which was then extended to April 2022.As things stand it looks likely that I will not be able to fly before they expire.Looking at BA's website is appears that the vouchers have been extended again to 30th Sept 2023 but it is not entirely clear.I have heard nothing from BA and it is impossible to get to speak to a helpdesk.Does anybody have any suggestions or knows what's what.If so I would be grateful to hear from you.

Adrian, if you Google it confirms 30th September 2023 so fingers crossed you will be able to use them

Adrian, I have an identical problem, right down to the dates of booking and travel, so I'll be very interested if there is a solution.

https://www.headforpoints.com/2021/08/04/british-airways-future-travel-voucher-extension/I found this on a Google search which says that BA have extended to Sept 23 which is encouraging however there are conflicting posts saying April 22. Take your pick.You would have thought BA would have emailed updates. Mind you they never contacted me about the first extension.

Not sure why it is impossible to speak to BA.  My daughter spoke to them yesterday with absolutely no problem and my niece had a long chat with them today!

That's interesting.Please pm the number.I wonder if they were making a booking when phones tend to get answered pronto rather a quere after they have got my money when all I got was a recorded message referring me to the website.

No my daughter has a booking to Switzerland and my niece has a booking to South Africa which they needed to discuss. My daughter is flying to Basel and the airport is apparently half in France and half in Switzerland?? My niece was supposed to fly to Cape Town but was worried about having to self isolate when returning. That has all changed now because South Africa is no longer red list.

Try via Twitter if you need to sort out a booking with BA. I've had to amend 3 different trips over the last six months and promptly got each sorted with BA via Twitter.

Thank's Jim but I am not a Twitter user, perhaps I should join. Maybe another kind soul could Twitter asking if the eVoucher dead line has been extended to Sept 23.I tried twice to phone again today but still to busy to speak to their customers. No option to hold just a message to try later.

Adrian, spoke to a pal who works for BA all vouchers are valid thru 30th September 2023, you will be fine I hope we get on top of covid by the spring at the latest as we are booked for some sun 1st March 😎😎😎

Jayne, I think your friend who works for BA must have some clout in the customer service department as today I received an email confirming the extension!
