There appear to be lots of places you can bring a dog inside on the western end of the High Road to get a coffee, e.g. Rhythm and Brews, Hot House and Nero but I couldn't find anywhere down the other end recently. Are there any places east of Turnham Green Terrace that are dog friendly?

High Road House, on CHR just past TGT, are dog friendly and serve excellent food with attentive staff.

Quite a few dogs when I last went but it was in the outsidone covered terrace section
Thats allowed,but im sure your not allowed within.
Dogs only allowed outside HRH, but it is still quite nice, being covered, heated, etc.

This isn't a cafe but worth knowing: Dobbies on CHR allow dogs in - yay! :) About time! Would love it if supermarkets allowed dogs inside too. Always hoping

Well behaved dogs are less trouble than many children. Outsider Tart, junction of Chiswick Lane and High Street, welcome well behaved dogs. Also decent coffee.

Annie’s little cafe - just east of the small Sainsburys opposite Chiswick Lane - also allows dogs as does Hack and Veldt in Turnham Green Terrace and Good Boy coffee on Chiswick common road (but that one does not really have inside tables). There is also a cafe Nero at the corner of Elliot Road. If you want to walk to the river the Elder Press cafe at the south end of Black Lion Lane is lovely.

Another vote for the Elder Press Cafe - it is indeed very nice in there. Good coffee, cakes, pastries, savouries, etc.

Angies, Outsider, Artisan, Divinas, W6 garden cafe, Maris, Riverside Studios and the rest mentioned. So lovely to be welcomed in these places. My dog knows them all!
