Most likely cant answer phone as another few thousand are phoning aswell.According to a Which survey and complaints with Offcom published in september,virgin was rated the worst provider for all 3 catogories that being complaints,faults and service issues.They do make it on this forum quite a few times in a year period with outages.That is not to say that they are bad,but its not great either.
