Hi Fiona. It was my card - I dropped it while walking on Sunday and couldn't find it when I retraced my steps so I cancelled it straight away. Thanks so much for posting this though; a friend alerted me to it and I'm glad to know what happened to it. If you could just cut it up and dispose of it, that would be great. Thanks again for your help and efforts!

No worries, Kate, it was found at the Farmers Market and handed in to me. I will cut it up and throw it away.Don't suppose you know as Mr CJ Denistoun, because I have a couple of his cards too?
