Council tree give away at Dukes Meadows

Had a few people come to the market looking for trees the council is giving away today. Unfortunately we know nothing about it. Looked on the council website and it says collect from Dukes Meadows, but no clue where. If anyone knows, please post so we can let pope who come enquiring at the Fid Market know.Would have been happy to help, as a collection point, if asked.

Apparently, somewhere near the Bandstand

Thanks we'll let people know. Had quite a few people enquiring.I wonder is whoever is organising this has perhaps never been to Dukes Meadows, Redlees or Housnlow Heath and doesn't realise they aren't just a small field?

Unless there's any trees left over, just turning up won't get you one as you had to register for your tree some time ago. If you registered then you got sent the location of the bandstand for collection in one of the follow up emails.
