I am quite surprised at how many restaurants and pubs AREN'T accepting the Vouchers! They must be doing well?

Yes and The Gunnersbury Pub is on the list as taking these vouchers but I tried to use one in there last Saturday and they said they only accept them on weekdays.

And The Italians will only accept a £20 voucher in full, not the balance if part of the voucher amount has already been spent elsewhere.

The voucher funding was roughly £2 million with only a £700,000 uptake. So about a third of the funding was used as intended. Not exactly a rip-roaring success. As I understand it, LBH now has to disperse the remaining funds one way or another.

It is entirely within the rules as explained on the website advice page for participating retailers.https://retailers.evouchers.com/Does the full voucher need to be spent in a single transaction?No, the value of the transaction is entered in to the mobile app by the server and this amount is deducted from the voucher holder’s voucher balance.
So the Italians were wrong not to accept part payment by voucher.
