Singapore Gardens

Hi,Someone here on the Chiswick W4 forum mentioned recently that Singapore Gardens in Chiswick was Giles Coren’s favourite restaurant.  I looked it up and it seems the one he goes to so often is in North London.  Does anyone know if the Chiswick Singapore Gardens is related to the one Giles Coren reviews so positively? Thanks,Joe

I stopped going since I found out that horrid toad Coren was mentioned on their menus.

No, the one Giles favours is just off Finchley Road. That's not to say our version isn't pretty decent.

Our version got an evening Standard take away award a while ago.  They are my favourite take away as they do a lot of dry meat dishes so I can avoid the sugar.  If that eejit went there I would not penalise them for it.  I doubt they know he is masquerading as a journalist and one of the stupidest people in England
