Small apartment/annexe to rent?

Hi there, I am a long-term Chiswick resident, currently temporarily re-located to Australia.  My partner & I will be in Chiswick for a week mid December - I was wondering if any knows of or has a small apartment available for rent.  Thank you!

If you don't have any luck, Nicola, try Airbnb. Many hosts are doing a roaring trade (catering for those who've moved away and coming back for a week here and there), so get in soon.
