Re-arranging a hospital visit
Just rang to change a hospital appointment. I was given a lecture and told that I might be referred back to my GP because of this. I thought that happened if you failed to turn up for an appointment. Not impressed by the tone of the gentleman on the phone. These days the date of the appointment is one thing, but allowing for a Covid test and three days isolation before hand takes some serious diary management.
