Phil Everly 84. A good age, but his mother is still going strong at 102!

You mean Don.  Phil died in 2014.I’ve always loved the Everly brothers.  My brother and I can still remember hearing ‘All I have to do is dream’ on the family car radio while on holiday in Summer 1958.  So many great songs.  I had a particular fondness for Claudette.

Very sad, I have lots of Everly recordings, and still know all the words! We saw them at Hammersmith many years ago, and saw the stage show of their life (Walk Right Back) at Richmond Theatre a couple of years ago - cannot recommend it highly enough, so do go if you can.
