You are on form, or rather consistent with past form.Amidst your late night rant you decry so called "champagne socialists". This claim has been used before on this forum and has been pointed out as one of the dumbest attempts by the right to knock people. Let me help you understand why it is a misplaced insult. The notion is that to be a "champagne socialist" you are voting for a left of centre party but can afford a life-style more associated with the well off (and thus often right of centre voting habits). Only a dumb tory would see this as being deceitful, false or failing the norms of the well heeled. Any normal person would think: so this person can afford champagne and other fine things but is happy to promote ideas that would benefit others more than themselves. Gosh, what a decent person. This term is not an insult, as you appear to think it is, but it is actually high praise. But then again, perhaps you meant to praise Stewart, if so well done. He does make many valid points.
