Does anyone know if it’s possible to pre book an Uber pick up from Heathrow Terminal 5? Thank you.

Yes they have a facility to schedule a trip on the app.

Yes , it’s very straightforward. The pick point is in the car park which you access directly from the Terminal. I have not pre booked because there are so many cars around. A good idea is to order your Uber after you have collected any luggage and go straight to the pick up point. You rarely have to wait more than a few minutes.

Thank you Stewart. That’s as it is for terminal 5 is it. Someone told me that was a bit different. Wrongly perhaps?

Yes , for Terminal 5. If you google Uber Heathrow, all the information you need is there. It gives the pick up points for each Terminal and the one at Terminal 5 is in the adjacent multi storey car park .
