Am update on Acton Lane Vets ("Medivet") from earlier today.Last week I ordered some cat food from them, but (unusually) they never phoned me back to say it had arrived. And when I phoned them to follow-up, I only got the Medivet central answering mmessage saying "this branch is closed" (not closed down) and for emergencies contact their Richmond branch.Anyhow I went along myself today and although the place looked closed, there was a note on the door saying they had had a Covid outbreak, but if you needed to pick up food or medicine etc, just ring the bell for a staff member to come out from the back.I didn't recognise "Shannon", the young girl who attended to me - maybe she's just standing in from Medivet? Anyhow, they look to be doing their best, but it's of necessity a limited service.P.S. Dave was 21 years with them.
