Rapid lateral flow test centre walk ins

Has anybody been to a walk in test center.  Presumably they ask you do download the nhs app to receive results  but what if you don't have a smart phone or its' out of action.  Do you get results by text msg or email.  Just trying to understand what details you have to give,  nHS number , NI number , phone number etc and how it gets back to you

For what it's worth...I n the absence of any replies so far..I've had 2 "walked in from the street" tests.In the first case. .I visited a nursing home in Ewell and was immediately given a nose and back of throat test. Other than my name..I gave no other information. The negative result was given to me verbally in 15 minutes.On another occasion in Brentford...I stumbled across a mobile testing team in Market Square. Had to give very little information.The negative result was texted to my mobile within a day or two.Suggest you attend somewhere and ask the questions

I passed one on Chiswick Lane in the Homefield Playground.  That was Saturday afternoon.The other was on the car park at Welstead Way.You will need to check if they are just pop ups or there for longer.
