Amazon Prime

Can anyone suggest a way of cancelling Amazon Prime? I accepted a month's trial when I made a purchase over 3 months ago, and thought I had cancelled it properly. Apparently not, as I started getting offers that I didn't want. Attempts to reject this monthly charge have not succeeded. The only way I an think of is to start another purchase, and once again try to cancel Prime. So your ideas will be gratefully received.

Go to Your Amazon Prime Membership.Select Manage, select Update, Cancel and More, and then follow the on-screen instructions.

I can’t remember exactly where you need to look, in your account I think.  I can tell you that if you contact them and tell them what you’ve put on here they may well help you and refund any payments since the trial ended .  They have been quite reasonable to myself and various people I know in similar circumstances.
