Wood pile

I have a large pile of planks of wood which has been collected over the years.  I am keen to get rid of it but dont want to throw it away as could be useful to someone, it has been in a garage so dry and could be used possibly for making things with.  Any suggestions as to how to pass this on to someone who might find it useful.  Collection would be required.  Many thanks

There is a lot of it!  My husband will be at the house on the morning of Friday 9th July so you are welcome to come and have a look and take as much of it as you would like.  If you are interested let me know.

I'm wondering whether a College such as the Richmond and Hillcroft Adult & Community College (RHACC) based at Parkshot near to Richmond Theatre would be interested. They run woodwork classes. I don't know what size, shape or kind of wood they use in student projects, though.
