Thanks JustinI'm the only person doing the administration, no staff and I'm doing this voluntarily, albeit reluctantly. Also, I'm the one chasing payment from the neighbours. When you write "storing their email address" it's among all my other contacts predominantly relatives and friends, where am I supposed to store the 1 director and 2 shareholders information, somewhere else? I don't write Ms blah blah director of management limited in my contacts, just their first name, surname and contact details. It's as simple as that.Yes, the fee is small but it's the principle of paying for something I have not asked nor received any services from them, what do they do for us anyway for this fee?
