Looking for tree surgeon to rescue kitten

Our kitten is stuck in a tree. The Rspca have suggested contacting a tree surgeon. Has anyone got any recommendations for a local tree surgeon that can rescue cats?

If you Google " cat tree rescue london" You will find lots of possibilitiesThe response from the RSPCA is probably a standard response as they're not trained to climb trees Whoever you hire will most likely charge you for the service, including the Fire Brigade Much probably depnds on how high the kitten is in the tree michael adams...

Thank you everyone for your replies. For anyone interested in how the story ended, the kitten climbed down most of the way during the night, and was rescued shortly after 7am. I'd like to mention that the Rspca were really helpful, and their local officer called me early this morning to check on the situation.

That's good news, James. Was it you who rescued her?

I went back early this morning to discover that she had made her way most of the way down (she had been some 10m off the ground) during the night. I climbed part way up, but she was still out of reach. I put some food down (Rspca advice) and decided to return a little later. When I did, two people whom I had met nearby and to whom I had explained the problem (and told them how to contact me if they saw her) were at the tree, and I arrived just as they brought her down. Many thanks to them.
