Here’s an opportunity for those who haven’t had their first jab yet. Both appointments and walk ins are available. There’s a link below to the website where you can book a slot. Here’s the text from the website:“On Bank Holiday Monday, Twickenham Rugby Stadium will be turned into the biggest vaccination venue so far for residents of North West London, with up to 15,000 vaccinations ready to be administered on the day. This vaccination event, Let’s Tackle Covid, will give eligible residents the opportunity to have their first dose of the vaccination without delay. This is in response to an increase in the number of cases of coronavirus in the area. The event will take place from 10am to 8pm on Monday 31 May at Twickenham StadiumIf you have one, remember to bring your NHS number with you. This makes registration faster if you have itSome car parking spaces are available at Rosebine Car Park (entry via A316/Chertsey Road).Disabled parking bays and pickup/drop-off points are located at Twickenham Stadium (entry via Rugby Road)”Website:https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/lets-tackle-covid-surge-vaccination-event-registration-156925312835?fbclid=IwAR2LrLKkQM44mBV1VdALn654jkGd--foEEhilt3xxvb3iMHZ_oOU7KoKbgc_aem_ARQc26h2zmwLdagcVfPRwcJ0roa3GQYTvyv3rueCWsbGQBKPfxphDndRuMeVFpt-2njjhGEMePxiaMTaVE4kLq6ol1orM_RMpRoColETHjLqx1eOj74UN7N9JJaP72y0G3o

It will be most interesting to see the number of jabs both Twickenham and Bolton manage to do today.I only half heard the figure of Twickenham's capacity on the news this morning but I think it was fifteen thousand. Let's hope they are both really busy. Personally I have my doubts but let's see.

15,000 is the number given in the article on the front page article. Will be challenging to get to that amount. I would have thought many will be discouraged by the prospect of being with such a large number of people. On the other hand, if you haven't ever been inside Twickenham Stadium it would be well worth the trip. 267 takes you pretty much all the way.
