This appears to be on the site of the up market car repair centre, which was Eurowines, squeezed between the two railway tracks. This looks like another cynical and speculative application to fling up a residential tower block on a bit of industrial land in South Acton, now the precedent has been set by the Pocket homes opposite and the big TfL development to go all along the Bollo Lane railway embankment. Perhaps Ealing Council's new leader and his team will take a more robust view of this kind of thing.
