Richard, I'm not being mean to Cllr McGregor, just pointing out that his treatment of data leaves a lot to be desired. To quote Cllr McGregor : '........Nick Rodgers (candidate for South West London) and Shaun Bailey (candidate for Mayor). We saw great performances from both.'Here are the comparative results for the London SW Assembly seat: Votes 2021 2016Tory 69,212 84,381Labour 56,945 62,937LD 61,222 30,654Green 23,135 19,745Reform/UKIP 3,396 14,983Turnout was down 2% to 47% but the electoral register also augmented. If one assumes that most of the Reform/UKIP vote went to the Tories how come they were still 15,000 votes down on 2016? The ward by ward results from the Mayoral and Assembly elections are promised this week. The ones from 2016 are available on the londonelects.org.uk website . A word of warning on over-interpretation, postal votes are aggregated across the borough.
