Is there a shortage of planters in west London?

I returned to the office today in the lowlands that are Southwark. Back in December there were a few planters but a walk round this lunchtime has unearthed the UK's stockpile of them! They are everywhere except the main roads and the pavements (at the moment). Contrast that with rubbish blowing around everywhere and the place looking a tip (like parts of Ealing I have to add). Priorities anyone?

I know exactly what you mean. My office is also in Southwark. I went by car a couple of times last year to check up on things, and had the greatest difficulty in getting there, because almost all the roads around were blocked off by planters. Car-owning residents, or indeed anyone who needs a taxi or an Uber, not to mention an ambulance, must be very unhappy.
