I recently used a company called ‘Complete EPC’. The booking process was quick and efficient. The guy (Danny) soon visited, and I was surprised how long it took (about 1.5hrs), and how detailed his inspection was. He was even inspecting the light bulbs. I’m not sure, but I think I may have been marked down for having some non-low energy bulbs. A full report and rating followed in the evening. All very thorough and professional. He was busy at the time but put me in touch with a colleague/connection – Gary Thornhill. He visited and tested the circuitry and followed up with a full report in the evening.
