Did anyone else living in Ealing borough not receive written confirmation (email or post) of their council tax bill before the direct debit payment was taken?

No, we haven't received notification about our Council tax either. I recently switched to paperless billing but would have expected an email notification. I've just logged in and the first payment has been made.
