EXEMPT HOMOSAPIENS v EXEMPT CANINES?
Read a comment on social media just now where an ad was all about rules for dog owners re quote: ATTENTION! ATTENTION! ATTENTION!This is an 'ADVERT'. Why is it allowed on a site that says 'No Adverts"? Or, are cuddly doggy adverts EXEMPT? If so all dogs off lead should have "EXEMPT" collars or tags just like Covid human exempts have in the shops, on transport and elsewhere. Thank you. End quote. On the face of it a plea for 'exempt dogs', maybe exempts for any potentially exempt pet taken out-and-about for walkies (anyone ever seen an alligator out for walkies) has purchase in argument does it not?
