"My letter to the Editor of The Times got published!"

Reading a very recent copy of The Times....I noticed that a distinguished Chiswickian had his enlightened letter published.He was once the Borough's Mayor.That's the first clue.What is his name?

Spot on Bernard.As you probably know..Paul Lynch is also a Freeman of the London Borough of Hounslow and his list of Civic engagements over the years is enormously long.And now he's hit The Times...2nd April 2021 edition.
