Hi - any suggestions as to how to reach West4GP's? It doesn't seem normal to have to wait more than 45 minutes for a call to be answered. Any suggestions?

You can register for pushdoctor and see a doctor same day - they then refer you on to West4GPs if required.

Have you tried their eConsult form? Last time I used it (few weeks ago) they responded within a couple of days. It’s on the right hand side of their website next to the Push doctor button.

Can’t understand why you waited so long , I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes . If it’s not urgent call around 11 am.

Thanks for the feedback and tips. I ended up calling 4 times and after more than a - cumulative - hour of waiting, got through!
