Richmond vets did that for my cat two years ago. I found them disorganised, kept me waiting several times for a very long time with a very distressed cat, wouldn't let me in the surgery when they wanted to examine her despite my objections and eventually came to get me to see if I could calm her down as she was hysterical when they tried to examine her. They were good when another cat broke a leg when Richmond vets were closed, but after a few distressing experiences with my cat who hates vets (I took her there because I hoped it would be better for her to be with a vet with no dogs)I decided enough was enough. Everything seemed to be too much trouble including getting a simple prescription.
